Animated gifs avatars

Will you remove the restriction on avatars being animated gifs? If the filesize is small enough do they present any other problem (many of the smilies are animated)?

Can the 10k filesize limitation on avatars be increased a little? 20K would be sufficient.

Nope, sorry, havent even given it a thought. Short staffed here and trying to deal with several other bigger issues at the moment.

Ah. I understand. I've been in IT for over 35 years (back before disk drives on mainframes) and I understand the "quality work takes time".
