I have had a terrible time getting started with this site. I joined but the site won't accept my password and none of my inquiries have met with a response.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Worked just fine for me. Great site with unique and very high quality content. Has your problem been fixed? If not let me know and I'll see if I can notify the webmaster for you.

We offer support but you have to use it before talking about that nobody helped you. Have a look on the contact page or service page of our website and you would find helpful links (support page), email addresses and phone numbers.

Indeed, it was resolved quite satisfactorily, however the initial waiting time was jarring.
