I purchased a pair of heels from this collection on e-bay style (extreme) WHERE CAN I FIND MORE they are the most sexy heels i own

Sorry.... the style "Extreme" has been discontinued. :(

They were one of the nicer ankle strap pumps with a 5.75" heel available (in their class). We sold out of all inventory some time ago, but there may be someone out there with some old stock.

I think the closest you'll find is DOMINA-431 from Pleaser which is widely available in Black Leather or Black Patent, but the Red and White are both discontinued. There is still some stock left in a few sizes though. If you're interested, let me know which size you're looking for.
