Wearing heels while sleep?

Who of the other Girls sleep with heels? How do you manage with your sheets and warmth. Most time I wear sandals or ballet (winter). Use fore both specially prepared heels. Made the heels tips absolute round. Walk very instable but don’t ruin our sheets.

I wore some platforms once just for a change, I wondered whether it would keep me awake but it didn't, but personally other than this one time, I only wear my heels by day.

I guess I am lucky have not had a problem. Normally wear my 6.5" heels to bed. Easier to sleep in than walk in. lol My bf also likes me to wear my HH to bed.

Either ballets (laces loosened) or pumps for me. My boyfriend never likes seeing me without heels on.

I always thought that sleep time was when I can relax and not be in heels but after all these years my muscles cramp and spasm if I am not in heels so I often end up with heels in bed. My hubby cut the heels off one of my pumps so they do not damage the sheets and his legs during the night. Walking when I get up takes some thought as I have tumbled to the floor quite often forgetting there are no heels. Sheryl

Cutting the heels off sounds like a great idea. When you get out of bed do you take your shoes off or balance on the balls of your feet.

-comforts on falling when you forget-

its allways a question of which is more comfortable for me honestly.. since ive always had problems with my legs hurting me while i sleep even as a little kid sometimes its hard to tell which it is going to be that particular night.. or if its just my legs bothering me.. more and more though its more comfortable to wear them than not

i wore my pink patent pumps in bed last nite then when i woke up i found them on the floor and then put them back on.

I have only worn heels to bed i few times. But it was fun and i should do it more!

takes getting used to, but after a while you stop kicking them off
