I have gotten better at remembering but that comes from a dozen or so faceplants into the end table. I also have some foam wedgies with a five inch heel and 1 inch platform which help my legs and does not cause my husband any grief when I roll around in bed.

I've got a question for those of you who answered yes. Do you live in a country where it's considered normal to wear your shoes inside your home and not just outside? I'm raised always to take my shoes off when I enter my own or anybody elses home. Sleeping with shoes on would feel very strange for me.

I love wearing heels to bed. I don't usually have the issue of them catching on sheets though. If I'm sleeping with a partner though, it can catch on his leg so I just wear socks or tights over them. In the winter they are great because they keep my feet warm when I go to the bathroom at night. Heels in bed is a must!

Have always wore shoes in the house. When wearing my heels, and nylons, to bed on occasion, I have scratched my husbands legs. Sometimes I have woken up to find my heels had slipped off from my tossing and turning, while asleep. Has this happened to anyone else.

Most of the times I wear HH sandals. The one I possesses has ankle straps. That prevent od slipping out at night. Two or three pairs are worn out, that the one's I wear while sleeping. Two pairs I (Peter) has remove the heel. That deal enough with your sheets en damage of scratch (Heel remove is not so simple as it sound). There is one pair of ballets that I wear occ at night, ballet wedge. From that pair all the edge made be round. Both after similar experience

I sometimes wear my boots in bed, especially if it's cold they keep my feet nice and warm with their padding. I used to wear my shoes in bed when I was a kid because I was a bit embarrassed about my feet and I didn't like to see my feet or let anyone else see them. But that's all changed now and I'm exploring the new places they can take me. :P
