Reorganisation of Pictures Forum

I'm going to reorganise this forum as it has become a mess.

The general idea of the board is to post pics in an existing thread with that subject matter.

A good example of the correct use of threads is the Celebrities or Heels in Advertisements thread.

We need one thread for each type of picture, and perhaps 50 threads covering a range of subjects. There are multiples of "my new shoes" or "streetheels" or my "favourite shoes" type threads and some other threads just used to advertise websites.

Unfortunately some threads may end up in the recycle bin. Sorry about that, but it's in the interest of order.

Hey Firefox, go easy on that re-org now. I don't find it that messy, and I don't find it a problem to add a new thread for each new person that comes in with their own photos.

Agreed the celeb pics can stick to one thread etc but I'm curious as to how you're going to organise these existing threads.

Also agreed that for people that are simply advertising pay-websites - move their posts to the adverts section. Though only maybe for people advertising their OWN websites... I find the forum a useful place to find good quality links to other websites.

My personal preference would be to leave it as it is.... maybe have a vote ;)

Could you please clarify how I can display pics in the text of a thread. I've tried using the {IMG} method on FileHigh.com as recommended here and the pics just don't come up in the thread - so I've reverted to links.

Also - I'm trying to post a moving Avatar from the same source - sometimes it appears - other times an ERROR message gets displayed. The other avatar I used just keeps getting deleted.

Any info would be gratefully received.

Hallo,

on the top of the page stands "pictures". But there is no link as at "shop". I hope that the idea was to store there pictures of members and get a link to the texts were there was planed. Now everybody store the pictures at photobucket, yahoo etc and you never know of the are save and privat. Even have a password to go to your own picturebooks.
Perhaps try as board to explore this facilety for the members with a certain rules about size, nudety etc. and keep it privet for the members. In this forum they have trust to give there hidden feeling to the public with the same intrest. And perhaps there can by a connection between the two, safety for the members and streamline the use for pictures in the forum.

Perhaps for all the high heels lovers in here
