I bought those in lisbon, portugal where i live, they are very popular here among girls teens between 16-21. im 21 an i wear them at my house but outside... people are just to conservative well i hope you like them!
They cost me about 17€ and are size eur40

Not my cup of tea either, but then they have a reasonably high heel so I can perfectly see why people would buy them.

Same thing for cowboys, lots of people wear them because they are an acceptable form of high heels for blokes.
