These are Fredericks pumps, supposedly 6 inches high but in my size 13 come out at exactly 7 inches.
I've been wearing them for three hours so far, and surprisingly (to me, at least) my feet aren't any more uncomfortable that if I was wearing my usual 5 inch heels. A bit of pressure under the balls of my feet, but nothing more. I went to the post office a while ago, still wearing these heels, and no-one seemed to pay me any attention. :o Kind of proves my theory that if people don't expect to see it (a 6 foot guy wearing 7 inch red stilettos) they don't see it. Probably keeps their brains from exploding, or something.
