Probably one of the most memorable movies I remember watching whilst growing up was 'Pretty Woman'. Julia Roberts looked mighty fine in those thigh boots!

Rose McGowan in Planet Terror. If you watch the second disk, you could see that she did a lot of her own stunts while in heeled boots.

She also did a lot of heeling when she was in Charmed.

I enjoyed Smokey and The Bandit II (1980). Sally Field looked adorable in her tight jeans and tall brown high heel boots. My avatar shows similar boots. They don't make boots like that any more.
