Yea, those were specifically designed for doing the photoshoot. I suspect thats the only pair out there as well.

Here is a pic of another pair of Louboutins that were made especially for a photo shoot. This picture appeared on the "Fashion Spot" website, posted by a member called "Alejandro" yesterday. They are Clichy style with 6" (16cm) heels custom "made by Louboutin for David Lynch's fetish photo exhibition." Image credit is to "wallpaper.com" and "The Fashion Spot" forum.
