I can only suggest ONE outlet in the uk which is THE LITTLE SHOE BOX in London. They make the highest quality shoes and boots (A little on the pricey side but, you get what you pay for) which I have been buying for the last 5 years, ballets, thigh, knee and pumps, which have all stood the test of time!
