Another name of brand that I have had good luck with in sizing is Jante. They are also fairly comfortable when you get into 5" heels, more padding inside.

As I mentioned before I have found that Jantes are a truer fit. I have their 8887 5" pumps in size 11 that fit great, but are just a tad loose. I also ordered a pair in size 12 at the same time, not knowing which would fit best, and they are definitely too big. A size 10.5 would be perfect, but no one has that size.

Pleasers OTOH are on the snug side. I have their 8220 5-inchers in size 11, and when I took them out of the box and tried them on for the first time, I could just barely squeeze my feet into them. It took some stretching and breaking in before they fit comfortably. I also have then in size 12, and these are on the loose side. A size 11.5 Pleaser would be perfect.

I also have a pair of 5" black patent Ellies in size 11, and they were on the snug side similar to the Pleasers.

The biggest difference I noticed is the Pleasers have very flexible soles, in addition to toe cleavage. I can wear my size 11s and they stay on my feet without the heel popping out. With the size 11 Jantes, my heels almost always pop out with each step. At least they're not so loose that they flop around. I knew a girl once who wore heels that were so loose they looked more like flip-flops.
