I cannot say how strange I feel at the moment typing this here lol. You see, I love seeing women in pumps and watch them do things in them like drive or step on something like a cigarette. I feel even better if they are wearing nylons with the pumps. Due to this, I thought I would try something like this myself. Like I said in my intro post, over the years, things progressed. I started to only wear heels and this went on for quite some time. Next step was to try some holdups with high heels and man they feel great and look so good. Next was to find a short mini skirt, as I know I should look ok in them, as I am quite tall and fairly slim, so the legs wont look out of place (apart from the hairs anyway lol). Put the holdups, mini skirt and pumps together and I even surprised myself how I looked. I carried on experimenting and soon I got a bit carried away. I purchased a tight sleeveless dress. Though I do have a slight gut, I have a slim waist and long legs so the dress did not look too bad on me. I would love to post up some pics, but I just dont have the guts to do so right now LOL!

Problem is, I dont know whether I can consider this as being a CD/TV or just a fetish gone out of control I have. When you guys first started out, how did you feel?

first of all-it took courage to share this with us-so for that I say "thank you"

...my story is very similar to yours...always loved heels..always on ladies..bought a couple pair just to see how they felt..then, as I have written elsewhere, my wife let me try on a pair of her old thigh-high stockings and I "discovered" a skirt that was too large for her but fit me nicely...

I don't cd completely-up to but very limited use of cosmetics-but I have spent some very pleasurable Sunday afternoons in stockings and spikeheels...

..and I have progressed to wearing boots with heels whenever I go out dressed as Jim...

..just relax and have fun with them..your sense of what is "right or wrong" will set the parameters for what you consider "appropriate but emotionally-challenging activities..."

You don't have to consider yourself as anything except what you want to be. I dress up completely on a regular basis. I don't try to pass as a woman, as I'm not trying to be one. I'm simply me in different clothes. I'm not a CD or TV. I'm a guy in a skirt and heels.

I have to agree with Lindsy about not thinking of yourself as anything in particular. I hate to say it but as long as the world keeps putting definitions to people as to what they are then things are not going to change or people considered equal based on their actions instead of where they came from.

I love to wear heels, stockings, and just about any other type of clothing out there. As it is just that clothing. Nothing that can bother anyone else. I just have particular likes. Mine have also grown into liking skirts, and sleeveless dresses. Halter tops and dresses seem to work best for me as they require the least amount of adjustment.

I haven't overtly worn anything out in public yet but one day I will. Can't do it around here because it is a small town where most people know of the things that you are doing before you even know and that just won't work out for me at this time. Too many people would have a negative effect and that just isnt' worth it to me.

Exactly right. I sometimes wear skirts and stockings with my heels, and even have a couple of corsets, although I don't think of myself as TV / CD. It's just something that I've accepted I like to do sometimes, it's harmless, and it's not really worth expending energy trying to pigeon hole yourself because of it. Just have fun!

Yep...Iagree with Chris. I don't crossdress, but I just like what I like, and that is my heels.Skirts and nylons are great ,too. Wear them on occasion, but not in public...shoes only.

In way of a reply, I must first tell you that I hve been doing Transgender support for some 15 odd years. I have worked with Gender Identity and Human Rights as well and spoken about Transgender issues at numerous Colleges and Universities.
There is indeed a risk at trying to find a "pidgeon hole" that you believe that you fit into. Unless you are very serious in needing know what you are it's rather pointless. If you are happy doing what you do and comfortable with it, then who really cares.
What often does happen, is that the simple act of wearing something of the opposite gender can indeed open a flood gate of possibilities. The entire Transgender spectrum is one that is indeed very wide. Transgender of course being a "blanket" term that covers TV's CD's TS's Drag Queens etc in both flavours of male to female and female to male and of course you can throw intersexed into the pile as well. The entire spectrum is very diverse. It really goes without saying that if it just feels good, who really cares.

When my heels are 3 1/2 inches high and higher is when I sense that I am starting to walk on my toes more and this throws my body wieght forward and makes me have to stand up straighter and this makes me feel like a woman.
