www.sexyshoes.com has wide widths for 4.5 inch heels.
That's the highest wide widths that I've seen (excluding custom built shoes)

From Fuss Shoes. These can be found in the pumps section and have a 13cm heel. Sizes from 34 to 45 european. Cost 90-95 euros.

.. Hello Larry here. Several years ago my wife and I were on vacation and passed thru Michigan. We shopped at the Leslie shoe co. Aka Sexy shoes.. Rogers city Mi. Not a fancy store, more like a warehouse with a few chairs and two full length mirrors. I bought Three pairs style 4212 in various colors. Wide width and stilleto heels, I never measured but I think they are a full 5" heel. Also, Lena purchaced three pairs at Sexy shoes. After about ten wearings, One pair of my 5 inchers had a blow out. The upper seperated from the sole. I called the 1 800 Ph. number and complained and they made everything right. I highly recommend Sexy Shoes. And yes I wear double E in a mens size..Larry.

Yup .... quite true.

They are not all that wide, but the leather is superbly soft. If you don't need massive extra width, they can be stretched.

Woah! Hold on a minute. We need to be clear whether the questioner wants wide heels or wide-fitting shoes.

If they want the former, then those Fuss shoes are a good answer.
