Something I did just came to mind; years ago I had a rowing machine that you could turn into an exercise bench and do other exercises. I did my workout in a pvc bodysuit, black shiny tights and black pvc thighboots with 5" heels. Now you have to admit, that's something different!

ive ridden my exercise bike dressed much like that. makes for one sweaty workout,doesnt it.

it was really fun and exhausting, but could complete the mission perfectly after a long long day, in the middle of the operation I felt pain because of the heels but I put a goal on myself if I could finnish that all i could do anythins else.

I used to do arobics (privately) in high heels. I broke a heel and almost broke my ankle. I now just go for walks in high heels and enjoy it.

now got some heels specifically for gardening up my allotment. At 3 1/2" and not stiletto, theyre not my usual wear, but its nice having pairs of heels just to trash this way. They were black and white co-respondent shoes this morning, now theyre a shiny shade of brown !!
Trainers, wellies, no thank u, sooooo passe.....
