My question is simple - Can I delete my own post?

I recently posted something in the wrong forum and was able to delete the original message, but could not figure out how to remove the posting from that particular forum entirely. Is this possible, or is it something only the admins can do?

Currently, members can only "edit" their own posts within the first 24 hours of making a post which seems to be a reasonable amount of time in case you make speelng mstaks or just realise you want to add more to your post as an afterthought instead of posting double messages within minutes for example.

Members cannot actually delete their own posts at all and this can only be done by a member of the website team

Nothing to worry about though, you can just PM any of the team and ask to have something deleted, or indeed have an entire post moved if you put it in the wrong forum
