Default Re: "Birth Sex" and the "For the girls" forum

Personally I do not think that the board should be segragated. Is it still the 60's. Martin would be very upset. I think that we should not have to state if we are male, female, etc. What one feels that they are in their heart should be enough. Who cares about the hoohoo's and heehee's that people have or do not have or have had surgically removed. We should be able to post where we want. Locking down the womens area from the men, not only does a disservice to them but to the women of the board. I am sure that all is ment well, but what if one of the men on the board could give great advice, or has a great answer to one of the topics, etc. I have been told that there were problems with people "posing" as women. All I have to ask is was it malicious? Was there deliberate harm being done?? If not then who did it hurt other than the other persons Karma. Being a women, I say allow the boards to be open to men. If they say something that we do not like, we are not fragile little flowers that wilt at the hint of shade, we can and will persevere. This is the year 2007. (To survive in the corporate world we have had to practically grow a set.....hehehe)

Thank you for your thoughts,

It is only now, for the first time in a couple of years that we have some real female members posting on a regular basis.

The Whole point of keeping the guys out of the girls section is to stop the threads in that area being hijacked.

If any females want to ask the guys a question, do it in the guys area or the for everybody area.

Now, a note to all of us.

Lets keep attracting the females here by keeping a bit aside for them. This is the way it is going to be for the good of the community.

Read this, This is the way it is going to be.

Nigel

I did. I sent out a reminder of the website rules to EVERY member.
Just those who dont read there emails will obviously not have seen it.

Nigel is spot on though, we will not tolerate anymore guys posting in the girls forums at all, ever, and we will be taking more firmer actions on those who do, now that EVERY member has been reminded of the rules, and we have updated all the rules for all to see.

The "I didnt know" or "Ooop's i forgot" wont wash any more.
