OKay,

I assume you are using a windows operating system like windows 2000 or XP?

I also assume you are using internet explorer?

Okay if you have a reasonable connection to the internet, go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ and download mozzila firefox and use that instead.

this will save a great deal of time trying to find out what is wrong with your set up

Another fix is to set you IE Security to medium and your IE Privacy to Medium High.

This way you enjoy the best in security while still being able to access the websites you enjoy the most.

If it's really a problem with your firewall, no changing of browsers will fix the problem.

If it's a problem with your browser, and that browser is IE, the two changes above will fix the problem.
