I think there should be a text search that could find threads on topics you want to talk about.

At the top of the screen, beneath the phrase "Get to know others with the same passion", directly under the word "know" is the search function.

Just as an update:

The forum has a full text search in the main forum menu just below the private message window to your top right corner but this is only available to members who are not "Brand new members" (Have made more than 5 post's and have been a member for more than 24 hrs)

The search function seems only available after you have logged in.

Look at the menu bar right underneath the boxes where you enter your login data: after login that menu bar changes, and "Search" is the second option from the right (between "New Posts" and "Quick Links").

You can login to any page of the entire website, not just the forum.

The search facility you are referring to is just the forum search and as already described elsewhere in this help forum, this thread: [Problem] Cant search

New members with less than 5+ posts currently can NOT use the search facility at all, it will not even be visible, and the same applies to anybody not logged in at all.

If you are a member with more than 5+ posts in the website forum area, then you will be able to see and use the forum search (See attached images)

Hope this clears it up?
