I've always enjoyed the ranking avatars.....gives me something to shoot for! Less than 100 to go, and I get my own pair of 6" oxfords! Yay!

i agree with dr.shoe
would be good to have thigh boots then ballet boots to work towards.
so i don't think we need to drop the ranking system we just need to overhaul it and make it fresh an new.

I could live with thighhigh boots, but if I had to have ballet boots, I would probably stop posting or just make up a new name and start over.

Too bad there isn't a way you can give the person an open of what their new "reward" will be (maybe the first few everyone will have to go through, but after a certain level you give the person maybe 3 choices of shoe types to pick from?).

I think it's better to get rid of them. So many people have that ranking picture and then a humongous avater below. You should shrink the rating pictures to make them less conspicuous.I mean honestly, everyone likes choice. Give each of us the chance to hide the rank if requested.

By the way, I have seen all the shoes in the ranking system and dislike them all, so it doesn't matter what rank I am when I am saying this.
