Default Posting in the Girls section

I enjoy reading through the ladies section in this forum. I like to get an insight into what the girls think and feel about high heels, nylons etc.

I can't understand why men keep posting in this section - though most get deleted. Why not use the For Everybody section???

My main concern is that this discussion forum will eventually loose a lot of it's valuable women contibutors, which I'm sure none of us want!!

You just summed up why we moderators are so hot on deleting the posts made by men in the girls section. Anybody who has been at HHP for a while has seen the women come and go, mainly going because some guys can't leave them alone and turn almost every thread into a "what do you think of men in heels?" debate.

I think a lot of male members just genuinely enjoy reading the girls' forum and just forget and reply accidentally. I have seen some really good posts by men deleted as a result, but it is a vocal minority who ruin it for all men IMHO, I personally get bored of some members whose only contribution in the girls' forum seems to be to ask for pictures.

I usually hit the New Posts option when I log in so all new messages are presented in one stream. Early on I would just reply to a message that appeared in New Posts without looking at what group it came from. After having my hands slapped a few times I learned to look at the group name before replying to a message. I apologize if my carelessness offended anyone.

Isn't it always the way that the few who have no self control ruin it for everyone. We do realise not all guys are going to go asking for pics, or being a nuisance, in fact the majority of guys here are true gentlemen.

Well, the 3 times I posted in the girl section were to ask the thread starter to make a similar topic in the everybody section because I thought it was a great topic to discuss both women and men.
I don't know what other men post there...

the girls section is interesting for us as to see a female point of view, and to discuss.
To ask for pics is well out of order tho.
As i said before, some female subjects are clearly not for gents; perhaps a "gents welcome" tick box could be provided, and a "no gents to view" tick box could be similarly provided, to stop us even viewing. Would welcome this.
I am interested and would like to contribute - but not where i'm not wanted by subject of the thread.

I agree with all above.
I don't enjoy being hassled in private for photographs of myself either.

The best way would be to ask the moderators to move it or you can do it as a quote in the everybody section. Introduce it like: "Saw this in the girls' section and I thought it would be an interesting topic here too." Or starting your own thread from scratch is permitted too.

Dr Shoe,

The final sentence could be read as "STARTING a topic in the girls section is OK" which would then lead to it being OK for the thread/topic starter only to be able to post in that thread/topic alone, but I am not so sure that is what you meant to say.

Could you clarify please as, for me, the rules are crystal clear, and you don't want to make more work mods than there is already.

Simon.
