Because you have not yet made enough posts to have all privileges associated with being a member. I believe that threshold is 5 posts, at which moment your member status will change from "brand new member" into "bronze member".

Its to stop people from just joining only to download videos and not actually take part or participate like you did.

Were not here giving our spare time and money just so others can swing by and take our bandwidth and give nothing back
