I've noticed through reading the "For Sale" forum there are some obsolete ads, with non-working links or pictures.

Where there are working links or pictures, I can understand the obsolete ad being kept as a useful reference to a make/model/style with a picture we all can use as a longterm reference. Piccies (now) loaded on the local server with make this even more useful because the pictures should be permanent.

Suggestion?

Where there are old ads, with non-working links or non-working pictures, could these be 'culled'?


It means a bit more work for the Admin Team (sorry), but these ads are a temptation I don't seem to be able to resist () and I've more than once looked at the same obsolete ad not realising it's no longer useful to anyone. I might be the only one to do this, but I'd like to think I'm not the only slightly senile person here.

Try to resist the temptation. if we delete ads members post counts will drop and that will upset more members than leaving them as they are.
