Hi
Just wondered if anyone has any experience on buying from this site and its reputation? Would also be interested in your views on sizing etc.

Thurday 22nd May 08. Placed an order online for 2 pairs, which was easy to do. As advised I ordered my normal shoe size and the yellow boxes tell you which are is stock and available etc. I paid £20 for a Saturday delivery as I have the house to myself for the weeknd. Friday 23rd May had a telephone call at work (mobile), couldn't answer as in a meeting at the time. So they emailed me (home) to adivse part or my order was not in stock and would I like an alternative instock item or wait til the one I wanted came in. Wanted me to reply by 3pm. But as it was home email I did't read it til evening. I received the 1st pair this morning. Discretely packed. I have also emiled to ask if the 2nd pair can be sent to the post office near where I work and I can pick them up myself.

Maybe you can be cheeky and ask for some money back for the saturday delivery as they only completed 50% of the deal?

I would.

Hi all,
I've bought from this site on 3 occasions, perfect service each time, including the last when I had to return my 4 inch heels for a smaller size, which is unusual for Pleaser shoes.

Best wishes,
Tosca
