I have been waiting for my new heels from lapiazza since almost the start of the year. Numerous e-mails sent which to be fair have been mostly answered but not recently so am on the verge on giving up on my custom order.

If I try again to order a pair of wide fit 6" heels from another company - any suggestions on who to place the order with.

What reason do they give for the delay in filling your order?

(Most people that I've discussed this company with over the years, have always spoken highly of them. However, some of their customers, especially the customers that have custom shoes crafted, do say that it takes forever to get their orders. In fact, several years ago, one member of this forum cancelled his order after waiting for 7 months, only to learn in their reply that his order had been received and was ready for mailing. The reason for the delay, acording to LaPiazza, was that the manufacturer, a well known Italian firm, had to wait for a new shipment of heels to replace a batch that were defective.

If you search for a shop which offers all the styles, especially the cusotm shoes please e-mail me, the manufacturer is a good friend of ours.

Thanks for the replies.
The last I heard from lapiazza was on 24 august when the summer holidays were causing delays but no replies to e-mails since.

I was in touch with elite heels but understood a wide fitting could be a problem even in custom made.
