Executive summary:
Rating 1/5, they sell shoes they don't have, sent another model when the ordered model was not available. Bad customer service.

Review

I've placed two orders with Beverly Heels and on both times I've been very disappointed. I want to share my experience with you in order to save you from trouble and frustration.

Their selection is seemingly huge, but you should know that they don't have some of the items they sell. On the first time I ordered one pair of shoes. They sent my order, everything was fine until I receive the package. It was a completely different model than I had ordered. When I contacted them they said that the model I ordered was not available, so they sent me another model.. Can you believe it?? Lol. Makes me laugh now, but you can believe I was pissed at the time. Since the postage to Europe cost almost as much as the shoes, there was no point in returning them.

The second time I made an order with them (Yes, stupid me, I made another order with them.) I ordered two pairs. After three weeks of waiting they still had not shipped them so I contacted them. Less than a week from that they shipped one pair, and cancelled the other, without consulting me first. They said the other model was not available. At this point I would have wanted to cancel the entire order, but they refused.

So, in summary, 2/3 pairs they sold me were not available. This might just be bad luck, but it seems unlikely. This is just my experience, use it in your decision making as you like.

I have had a pair of brown leather thigh boots from them and they are so amazing, I had great customer service from them

Several of the internet shoe sites have had problems recently either with the wrong size shipped or the shoes advertised but not available. I know this happened with Ellie Shoes M-Lisa style, which has now disappeared from most sites. They were apparently popular and sold out in some sizes, at least. Ellie shoes is very near to where I live and I visited them. It is just a small wholesale showroom and a warehouse. The girls were very nice, but didn't know why they were not re-ordering those shoes.

I have had good luck with Beverly Heels. Can't say I like their web site search feature, though.

I need reviews on this site...i read up on them from other customers, most said theyre horrible and their service is bad.

but they seem to be the only eretail online store that carries this shoe i want....its from the hollywood heels collection...i dunno what to do...

I already ordered!! BUT i just read reviews about them that are bad..saying that if they dont have that item in stock, then they will send u another model...I DONT WANT ANOTHER ONE...I WILL BE SOOO FREAKEN PISSED...I will raise havoc if they play with my money and send me something i did not order!!
