Review Executive summary:
Rating 1/5, they sell shoes they don't have, sent another model when the ordered model was not available. Bad customer service. Review I've placed two orders with Beverly Heels and on both times I've been very disappointed. I want to share my experience with you in order to save you from trouble and frustration.
Their selection is seemingly huge, but you should know that they don't have some of the items they sell. On the first time I ordered one pair of shoes. They sent my order, everything was fine until I receive the package. It was a completely different model than I had ordered. When I contacted them they said that the model I ordered was not available, so they sent me another model.. Can you believe it?? Lol. Makes me laugh now, but you can believe I was pissed at the time. Since the postage to Europe cost almost as much as the shoes, there was no point in returning them.
The second time I made an order with them (Yes, stupid me, I made another order with them.) I ordered two pairs. After three weeks of waiting they still had not shipped them so I contacted them. Less than a week from that they shipped one pair, and cancelled the other, without consulting me first. They said the other model was not available. At this point I would have wanted to cancel the entire order, but they refused.
So, in summary, 2/3 pairs they sold me were not available. This might just be bad luck, but it seems unlikely. This is just my experience, use it in your decision making as you like. |
