Intend (maybe) to order from Howcool.com
Ordering from Europe.
Are they good or bad to buy from ?
Anyone have had major problems when ordering or receive items ?

Any comments regarding your experience with howcool.com apreciated

I never bought from there personaly but I've known people who have. They didn't seem to have any compliants.

YES! I ordered a pair of over the knee boots. 6 weeks later they said they were on back order.Then they said they had came in so I waited 4 weeks to find out they were not shippid to me so I asked for a refund and they charged me a re-stocking fee and re-funded the remainder of my money.GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! I will never deal with them again and strongly suggest nobody else does either. They do not care one bit about their customers. BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

I have had the reverse treatment. I have ordered from them and always got good service from them. I have ordered 3 or 4 pairs and recieved them promtly. Thier ten to fifteen day delivery time is correct and I have NO complaints with them.

I have had many experiences with Howcool.com. In my opinion they are one of, if not the best retailer of high heels, and fetish shoes that I have dealt with. Once you order from them a couple of times you get used to their system. Occasionally I have ordered things that were backordered, but I was updated of their status very quickly. Anyway, I would totally recommend these guys to anyone who is interested in sexy shoes

never mind, this site is tooooo confusing..it took me like 10 minutes to find the customer servive/FAQ on the page...they try to distract u with all this stuff on the page....i dont like it
