It seems the 10 or so people that have rated us deserve some attention so its time to clear some things up. Anyone that hasn't received their order needs to Contact Us. We'll do whatever we can to get your stuff to ya pronto. We'll hook ya up, make ya happy, free videos, free memberships... but must importantly, your footwear or videos that you ordered. We don't want you to be disappointed. High Heels are our life... like we even had to say that right.

Doubt Us…? Hardly, we've spent over $25,000 in refunds last year alone because we just couldn't supply fast enough. We went from having a massive selection of over 75 handmade pair of genuine leather stilettos to under 10 pairs because we didn’t want customers to wait so long. With the little shoe box closing… our main supplier, that decision was decisive.

With 2 server crashes, 5 hard drive failures, 2 virus disasters, and being undercut by the snack attack from that clown Spikey Dan, its amazing we're still around. (This guy jealous or what?) Our work is a little more technical then a simple portrait shot with cool lighting. An amateur photographer shouldn’t be rating us anyway so stop making fun of our photography.

As for the guy that’s was hacking into our site... Stop Hacking! You’re stealing from us & your fellow high heel fans.

No we don’t buy from the company 6 Inch Heels Forever. We were going to use them back in 2002 but decided to choose someone else.

Folks, if you wanna order then please order. We get what you want as fast as we can, we’ll try harder, or give you a refund. There is no secret here. Been around a long time… and we aint going anywhere…

just had to click the link and dl, i wasnt using any hacking tools or procedure cause i know of now.

Hacking is hacking no matter how you look at it. It’s kinda cool no doubt but it’s still unauthorized use, or attempts to circumvent or bypass a gateway. In English, If a door is open you don't just walk in.

Our site is like 3 Gig. It’s huge & when we move stuff around things might be exposed for a spell but we would trust that our visitors will at least respect one another.

You admitted to downloading video, which clearly stated $40 bucks a pop to download, without paying a cent... then you went on to warn people not to trust ordering us? Considering how much $$ you probably owe us you should't be so quick to judge our business.

We purchased a pair of metal heels back in 2002 to test 'em out. We had someone from China that spoke Chinese contact 6ihf to try to set up a business account & order our shoe, as well as the metal heels. Things did not go as planned and when we got the metal heels 4 weeks later they were for lack of a better work junk.

We no long carry footwear without testing them in both small sizes & large sizes. They need to meet certain expectations or we won't carry them. We can't comment on the quality of 6ihf because we never got close enough to able to work with them.

We were under the impression that these came direct from 6ihf but we are still today unsure. We contacted them but since "we" didn't really place the order, someone else did for us, they were not interested. Their only concern was the use of their pictures on our site advertising their product... which we thought we had permission to use temporarily. We explain everything & i mean everything. We wanted to carry their shoes so bad but we basically got tired of legal threats for things we're not even sure of today.

This 6ihf company is only 1 or 2 towns over from our own supplier. Obviously they carry some of the same style. China seems to be the only maker, we know of, that makes these shoe. 6ihf carries tons & tons of these superarch shoes like ours. The true question is; Why don't we? And that is because we don't have a supplier that makes all these styles.

No hacking! no gateway, just a simple link i was given a link and i just dl it im not really familiar with the way it works but i didnt do anything special, I didnt asked to insert any passwords or nicknames just click the link and watch, it is very common even msn gives the same service.

Regarding the shoes I've heard from many friends of mine that your buisness didnt treat them right, and they where not refunded.

I really appriciate your current effort, but great damage was done to the name of your buisness among visitors and HH addicts.

I wish you the best and hope you learned from your past faults, you dont need to fight every time just listen to your customers and be open to what they advise you, it can't be they are all dumb right?
and if they are are those the people you would like to do business with,
just listen and follow our advise.

We’ll spoken. I’ve never really believed that the customer is always right. I believed that it was more important to ensure that they must always leave happy & satisfied. It’s safe to say that I have failed to meet that need with at least 10 visitors on this site. We are reminded of this failure each time I ready a bad comment & for that I am ashamed. Business has increased each passing year which is why this forum was so shocking to us.

We know there are more dissatisfied customers out there & we do hear our customers. That is why we post these comments. The quality of our work will speak for itself & it is rarely contested, especially videos… except for Sparkey who hates our videos. If our goal was to make money we’d be doing porn not walking & shoveling videos. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority… unfortunately we haven’t found a way to please everyone.
