I could not submit my order through internet. I send several mails to them and got no reply. What's the matter with peirre silber, who can tell me?

Since I'm from asia and only can order heel shoes through internet, so who would help me

I dunno. I have several heels from Pierre Silber, and I distinctly recall them being able to ship worldwide.

However, their site, like many in the U.S., may go down between 11pm and 3am for "batch processing," an esoteric reference to bad programming, indicating their financial transaction systems are, God forbid! Somehow trapped in the 1980's.....!!!!!??????

One of these days I'm sure they'll upgrade. Until then, they're in good company with 59.3% of the online companies out there....

some of the best shoes i've ever seen for SUPER cheap... Where else can you get great looking ballet boots for under $100? And you can search for heels by heel height! Plus they have up to womens size 16! It's a great site for other things too, clothing, stockings, etc.

Might be a good price for being Pierre Silber but these are normally around $20, at least where I buy from which is www.funkypair.com
A place I can recommend, good and reliable service, at least the orders I have placed.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Pierre Silber are a bunch of lying idiots who cant read emails.

I placed an order with them about a week or so ago using my paypal account. the paypal payment sat at "authorisation" for damn near a week before i contacted them saying basically

(this was thursday)
"whats going on with transaction ID ********* i want the order canceled"

(fridays email in return)
"your items are on back order but we will have them in by the end of next week"

(friday email from me)
"I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER"

(i check my paypal account on saturday to find that they have sent the item)

i have now sent them over 3 emails and have had a different answer for all of them...

first it was "no you never told us to cancel the other"
second was "you did, but its too late now"
third was "we shipped it on friday before we got your email"

I have just got the item which STATES THAT THEY SHIPPED IT...
SATURDAY AT 35 MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT PST

now wow i do believe i have enough evidence to sue them for fraud....

they have eventually said that "after a meeting with the shipping manager" they have decided to give me a full refund.

thats after i had to threaten them with a lawsuit, which according to my lawyer i would have won, hands down.

the really funny thing about all this....is that i really didnt care one way or the other, it was the whole principle of them lying to me and telling me things were one way, when they were a completely different way.

telling me that items were shipped on friday, when the shipping statement reads saturday 2325 PST...

if it wasnt for the fact that they had lied to me i wouldnt have taken it as far as i almost did.

yup i loved buying from them because they are the fastest shipping american company, however im never buying from again because of this...and altho i cant say "i dont advise anyone to buy from them" but i can say that i wont be.
