Electric Boutique Hello,
Im sorry I havent been on here for ages, ive had to get a new computer. I did have alot of emails in my inbox on here before my pc died, but they got deleted before I read them, so im sorry if anyone thought i was being rude by not replying :( anyway, basicall ive bought several pairs of shoes from electric boutique, mainly over the summer, and 3 pairs i didnt recieve, I have rang them quite a few times, but the woman on the other end of the phone is terrible quiet and incompetent. Then , I emailed telling them the situation, and all i got was a one line email reply saying 'we will look into it'. I chased this up a week later, and no reply. I have sent numerous emails since, and still no reply. They owe me about £70, and I dont know what to do about it :S Any ideas? Im so mad at this company.
