Because of this, I decided to take a drive out to Ajax.

At 487 Westney Road South, I found another one of those single-storey, multi-office buildings. The building had 20 separate unit's available for rent or lease. I drove around the building looking for a boot maker. The only one I found was at unit #14. It is:

This location had a professionally made sign mounted over the windows and doorway. I went inside. There I found a white haired and bearded gentleman working on some boots. The entire two-room store was filled with boots of all descriptions (probably over 50 pairs). In one of the corners was a lady working at a sewing machine.

I waved at the gentleman. He stopped working and approached me. I asked him for a business card. I was surprised to see Western Boot Makers on the business card. So I asked him "didn't you used to be Western Ranch". He nodded yes. I thanked him for the business card and went on my way.
