If you happen to go to Fiji, I would recommend you visit one of the Dahia shoes outlets. It is a local company that makes quality shoes (leather) and the good news is that their ladies range goes up to size 12.
I bought a beautiful pair of stiletto in their Lautoka shop (they have shops in Suva, Nadi, Denarau, Lautoka ...).
The shop assistant, a young lady, was very nice and helpful. She proposed I try them on which is cool as I'm a guy but i had on a pair of girlie jeans, girl top and heeled sandals.
I went back the next day and bought a pair of men's shoes this time (no matter how i like heels, i got to wear men's shoes during working hours). They gave me a discount because it was the second pair i had bought.
I think they export to NZ and perhaps Australia but unfortunately they do not have a website. If you Google "Dahia Shoes", you'll find a photo of one of the outlets on a tourist's blog.
Prices are good too (about 65 Fiji$ - c. US$ 33 - for a pair of top-class calf leather pumps).
The most comfortable pair of heels i've ever owned.
