Now into September and I have given up on any reply to correspondents or emails. I hope others managed to get their money back or the heels they ordered. I did get my boots elsewhere and they were cheaper than demonicarts....or should I say would have been if I had got my money back from them. Fingers crossed for all those still waiting.

the demonicarts website has been gone for quite some time, I would think the email has gone as well.

If you haven't had any joy with trading standards you should also report to Paypal however I think you are out of time now see test further up this thread

he is still trading on ebay but not accepting paypal also hasn't had much feedback over the last few months, I would contact him through ebay, & keep contacting him until you get a reply, if you know of any other websites/emails that may reach him send chase letters to all of these too. I got my refund in the end, hopefully you'll get yours.
