Exclamation Remove wrinkles from patent

Hey all, please help me!!!
Yesterday I bought a new pair of patent leather pumps, and when putting on the right one a few wrinkles have formed. They're not deep at all, but annoying.
Is there a way to remove them?

The only thing I can think of is to stuff them out and hold them over steam...

Take them back to the place you bought them and tell the manager that you would like to exchange them for an identical pair because the pair you have are defective. Even exchange should be without a problem.
