Default stretching the width

Hello

I think I might be let down by a supplier for a pair of stilettoes. The trouble is my feet are wide fitting UK size 11. Even a 12 do not fit, my last purchase was a size 14 to get the width but they are not right for standing a couple of hours. If anyone remembers covergirl, their size 12 was fine.
Anyway my enquiry is for a suggestion on a pair of heels where I can stretch them to fit. I need them by then end of September. As now I cannot be too choosy I thought about a pair of sandals where I would just need to stretch the straps over the toes.
Any ideas please.
Thanks
