Default Wanting to change to rubber heel

Can anyone give me advice and where to get what i need to replace the hard plastic heel cap with a rubber one. I don't really like the loud clicking noise the heel makes. My avatar is the pic of the boots i'm wanting to do this mod to.

thanks

What I would do is get a piece of rubber mat, trim it to shape and glue it on...
