My Mood:  Rep Power: 45  |  Re: Bluewater Or Lakeside 21st September. Yeah we wondered about the sub. The River Medway is known for ship lay ups, shipbreaking (in the past), and ship construction (eg Chatham). This sub seemed to be used as a floating mooring point for various small craft.
