It's not only time for the U.S. crowd to catch up with the European and UK crowd, it's time to surpass them! Let's get as many as people as we can out on October 31st in New York City for the United State's first heel meet! We'll be celebrating the most powerful Halloween Parade and Party in the world right in the epicenter of Manhattan!

The date: Sunday, October 31st.

The time: 7:00 p.m.

The neighborhood: Chelsea, Manhattan

The place: East of Eighth
254 West 23rd
between 7th and 8th Av.

How to get there by subway/train: C, E train to 23rd. From Penn Station take the C, E train downtown. From Grand Central Station take the 7 train to Times Square, from Times Square take the C, E train downtown.
From the Jersey Path Train exit at 23rd and walk two blocks west.

According to Time Out New York, East of Eighth has aSo everyone is invited to join us for what is sure to be an incredible extravaganza. Not only because we are all like minded street heelers, but because Manhattan is literally the country's best spot to be in for Halloween. The parade begins at 6 p.m. on Spring St/6th Avenue and the people march north on 6th Avenue right up to W 22nd street.
