So what about if the heels are too low. Do you offer the heel increase?

It' quite difficult but you can add up to about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch max depending on the shoe. Whether a professional guy would want to offer a guarantee on such work is another matter, but depending on the heel type, I wonder if you had any techniques?

Personally I don't offer that service as it is a very labour intensive and time consuming process. For the same reason I don't offer complete Re-heels either, although I can have these done via a colleague, but again, it's not cheap and takes a fair while.
