I've started a new streetheels group on flickr (Photo type sharing place at Yahoo):

The pictures will be full length shots showing the the faces if they happen to show in the shot.

Since there's been a bit of argument over whether it is right to show faces or not, I thought I'd post those type of photos there. If you don't like that type of shot, then don't bother to visit

Anyone who does like taking full length street photos is welcome to join the group and post. Just follow the link above. You need a Yahoo email or register to post on flickr.

I think you need an account to see them, otherwise it will show up as 0 pictures

Don't worry, its free to register, and if you have a Yahoo email that will work as well. If not, just sign up for a "throwaway" email account at Yahoo.

It will probably worth you registering as you might find some of the pictures quite interesting. A few were taken around Liverpool Street Station area and you may well recognise the backdrops.

Here's an example, just to prove there are some photos there. There's 34 quality shots at the moment:

I'm very pleased with the sucess of the group. 14 people have joined in just 1 day already, so the pictures are obviously popular

This is probably one of my favourites, almost perfect heels.

Heelfan took the night ones. People don't tend to notice especially in busy places. For day shots I supress the flash though.

I'm pleased people are enjoying the street heels pictures. But don't forget your local street is usually just a stone's throw away. It's very easy to share photos on flickr, so get snapping! Contributions from hhplace members are especially welcome.

Did the model bring her shoes to the shoot, or did you provide them or specify what you wanted. Those are quite a nice pair.

The group is growing quickly. We've got 20 members now and Girl Watcher has added quite a few new ones.

Dan, how much do you pay a model for a shoot? I see you've taken shots of 42d street too. Any chance you'll be in the NYC area anytime soon? I've been dreaming of putting together a shot of me in heels with a woman in heels, but done tastefully and along some type of storyline.

Thank you Firefox. I actually provided the shoes for the model. The red sandals she wore in the other pics I provided too. I love to work with her again, but she lives and works in Las Vegas, and I don't have the time or money to go there and do a shoot with her right now. :(
