Not in that particular style maybe, but they have three pages of ones available in a 44...

Click on "Übergrössen" 42-48 and you will get the bigger sizes. There is a shop in Paris too that carries some nice footwear in bigger sizes; http://www.sacapuce.fr/

I'm in heels all the time after work. I'm a big guy, big feet, but I think like working out, it's conditioning. If the shoe don't fit at the store, don't buy it thinking than it will later, cause it won't, dig?
