I'm looking for somewhere to get some "baby doll" heels (something like these http://www.pierresilber.com/swanson.html ) in the UK.

Can anyone suggest anywhere ?

So should I order a size 10 (with the risk that the toes are against the front) or a size 11 (with the risk of having a gap behind my feet)?

I don't know what to say generally, but I'm a size 9 and I ordered a size 10, and they are a good fit. (Slightly loose compared to other 4" shoes I've got)
