Ebay is a great source. You could get EU 45 or UK 11 too.

Ther are a least two good sellers on Us site of E-bay. I bought those heels in the pic from a seller from the us site

I am looking for heels that are higher in height. Preferably 5" or higher. Anything from pumps or boots or anything. If anyone has a collection they would like to trim down, let me know what you might have and maybe we can work something out. Also, preferably located in the USA. Thanks.

Are you looking for "New" or "Used"? if your looking for new there are a few people that are regulars here that have online stores, myself being one and Kym being another. "There are more but I do not know their nicks right off". Also you can check the "Shoe wholesale / retail / internet stores" thread for other great stores. If you're looking for used then yes you may want to look at Ebay or if you do not do the whole ebay thing you can try the 'Clearance' page on their internet store site for there you can usally find good deals as well.

I am preferably looking for a used pair. I was looking for those who might wear 14's and have some higher heels, 5" or higher that might want the chance to get rid of them.
