My Mood: Rep Power: 13 | Re: That aint fun: Only up to US Women 10! I've written to Steve Madden in regards to their stopping production on size 12 and 13 shoes. And on shoe-shopping surveys I take, I always indicate that I wish more styles were available in my size, I indicate that my size is 13W, and because I want to avoid any potential confusion, I indicate that I'm a female (this way I can guarantee that they don't think I'm asking for men's shoes in 13W).

I agree that it sucks not to be able to get shoes that actually are good looking or quality manufacturers in a size larger than a U.S. 10. I have seen a lot of women that have feet a whole helluva lot larger than a 10, so you would think that these manufacturers would want to be able to sell to more people than they already are. I thought that, at least in the U.S., that capitalism was the root of most business. Guess I was wrong. P.S ....I would like a pair of those, but I also need a women's 12 U.S.

However, looks perfectly fine when my wife puts it on her feet. I just think they're a bit too feminine. I just wore these shoes with plain straight leg jeans, and it didn't look right. They are comfy though. |
