Hi, I've seen some pictures of models in magazines wearing very sexy high heels that have a toe loop or toe ring instead of the normal strap over all the toes. In other words, the front portion of the shoe is held on by just the toe ring over the big toe - the other toes are exposed fully. I've found some that are flats or very low heels, but does anyone have suggestions on where to find 4+ inch heels of this type? I've also seen one picture of a pair that didn't even have a toe ring, but rather a square metal (almost jewelry like in appearance) piece that sat between the big toe and the next toe to hold on the bottom of the shoe.

Alternatively, I'd settle for something in a 4+ inch heel thong (i.e. one strap between big toe and next toe). I need women's size 7.

Any ideas? I've looked for many hours without any luck thus far, but given the pictures I've seen, I know that they must exist somewhere.
