Default Rush Hour Express

Does anyone know what ever happened to these great shoes? I bought dozens for a girl I dated years ago. When I met my wife (whom I have now converted to a complete high heel addict ... 170 pairs ... ) I could not find them anywhere. Bakers used to carry them here in Cleveland, but they went to chunky pre-teen fashions. The people there were of no help, maybe a fellow enthusiast could shed some light on the subject. Anyone?

Default Those were the days!

Hi,

I am also a lover of Rush Hour.....those were the days when a girl could shop at bakers or Wild Pair and even buy thigh high boots!

Where did they go? They went the way of all the high heels, they were victims to current fashions. The Baker chain just abiut fell off the earth, they are back now and as styles are coming around to feminine high heels they are selling them once again, but the Rush hour name is gone.

You can find similar styles but the only Rush Hour shoes you will find will be antiques! They are as highly collectible as most of the Wild Pair shoes.

I have a few pair left here from a store closet out but they are all in very small sizes, 5 1/2 and maybe a 6 or two.

Default thanks

I appreciate the input. my wife wears size 10's. And yes, it's nice to see that there are some high, skinny sexy heels coming back into fashion again. There's a Dallas Shoe Warehouse closeout store near me and they get some great buys once in a while. I found a pair of 5" wood and leather platform mules for $10.00 and what looks to be Russian writing on the box to a pair of really classy tan suede D'orsays for $7.00.
