hhds;

I also have looked for clip-on bows for my high heel pumps and had no luck over the internet. I want to clamp them over the vamp area.

Try Claire's Accessories or Accessorise in any UK high street.

Have to fight your way through all the teenage girls first though.

Wooooot. 400 posts.

You can always make your own using bows/decoration from various sources. Fix with self adhesive velcro pads or even a good old fashioned saftey pin.

Emma;

Thanks for those two links you provided. My previous searches yielded shoe accessories for bridal shoes that come in white only, just like at your first site. And I'n not interested in the flowers at the second site.

Now if I could only find those same accessories from the first site, but in darker colors ...... that is what I'm looking for. Or can silk be dyed ?

Hi Jo
Went into both Claire's Accessories or Accessorise here in York,when i asked if they had any shoe clips i got a vacant stare back from them at both stores with the answer what are they and "no",i felt like a right cabbage (no wise cracks thank you :lol: ) so ive ended up getting lots of diffrent ribbons to make bows out of and superglue them to my shoes!

>> i got a vacant stare back from them at both stores with the answer what are they <<

I assumed that in selling heaps of accessories, they would have just about everything on the market.

Hmm. Proven me wrong on that one. Apologies for any embarrassment caused. I go past a branch every working day, but with my work times they are never open. Wish I had visited and confirmed before posting.
