Rep Power: 5 | Re: 6ihf: Stainless Steel High Heels Would be more interested in some the old style stainless steel heels.
As seen here: http://www.orientvisual.com/6inchforever/gallery2.htm
Especially the old style #3
looks interesting, and it would even more interesting with a closed toe and no strap across the foot. |

My Mood: Rep Power: 5 | Re: 6ihf: Stainless Steel High Heels I think the price itself is not the real problem. But one has to wait so long untill the heels are delivered, sometimes they still do not fit well.. the return policy is not very service-like..... letīs say price-quality ratio is not very attractive. So the first probably would be to work on your good reputation for that the people would dare to order again...
your steel heels are - no doubt - beautiful. I think the higher are more attractive cuz it is not an everyday heel anyway... so the extreme height fit better. |

Rep Power: 5 | Re: 6ihf: Stainless Steel High Heels For leather footwear, we allow an exchange if they do not fit. The service charge is 50% of the retail price. For SSHH, if a customer requests for an exchange, the service charge is 60% of the retail price. If you wish to make modifications to your existing SSHH, we only charge a modification fee and return shipping fee. |

Are you saying that you charge 50% of the original purchase price as a fee for accepting exchanges of leather footwear?
If so, then this is not a "Service charge" but is more of an "Exchange fee", just to be totally clear on what your penalising people for...
PS, personally, I think a 50% exchange fee is disgusting, unless the shoes are custom made? |
