So much for a last-minute bidding frenzy.
oh well, better luck next time.

Its a double edge sword i'm afraid Mate,
Although you have more people that will look at your shoes being that Size 6 is a common size you have to take into account there are far more choices and ranges of styles to compete with.
I'm in the other situation in that because i take a larger size (and sell larger size shoes UK10 and 11) although there are far less people looking at them - (they tend to be mainly men although i have sold to a number of larger footed ladies) and choices are far more restrictive than say anything between 3-8UK, I find it easier to sell and for more than ther starting bid price. Of course if you can find unusual styles not easily found in larger sizes then they by and large they make high prices - at least that happens in my experience. I tend to buy payless shoes in the States and if i get bored with them sell them on Ebay for what i paid for them (plus the shiiping) and usually make a good profit too. Purely because the styles are not available in the UK in the big sizes and that demand is high amongst those who want stylish shoes not in the normal shoe size range.
Stick at it though mate - Ebaying is good fun, you wont get rich but you can make small profits from time to time.
